No, you are not expected to be home during your service as long as we have a form of entry and a way to lock up when we leave.

Yes, we are insured.
What method of payment can I use?
We accept credit via online payment, cash, and e-transfer.
What should I do if I am unhappy with the service?
Please contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we will be more than happy to schedule a time to correct the issue.
I have to cancel my service, will I be charged a fee?
A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if your service is cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled time.
Do I need to supply any equipment?
No, we bring all supplies and equipment needed to clean your home.
How many people will be cleaning my home?
There will be a team of two scheduled for every home cleaning.
Is East End Housekeeping pet friendly?
Yes, we love meeting new pets! Please note we will not clean up any accidents your pet may have.
